Did the Wedding Cross the Dimensional Wall?
A Wedding Crossing Dimensions
The other day, I attended a wedding ceremony between a friend of mine (the bride) and a 2D fictional character (the groom). Here is the bride’s own retrospective blog note:
Event Report
This article is an honest report of what happened that day. Note: Since the groom is an ultra-famous celebrity, clear photographs of him were strictly prohibited.
The top listing on the reception board is the wedding and banquet I attended. Can you spot it?
A magnificent Christmas tree in the grand wedding venue.
It's a chapel!
The chapel is located in a surprisingly open space.
There's a café right in front of the chapel doors.
Entering the chapel. It was the first wedding where we were guided: "You may sit on either the left or right side." Seated, waiting for the bride and the groom—who possesses either a physical substance or an imaginary presence. Tension fills the chapel...
Host: "Please welcome the Groom!"
Guests: "!?"
*Murmurs of astonishment...*
!?
Terrifying!!
Reached the altar...
By the way, the entity riding on the shoulder is closer to the true physical embodiment.
Entrance of the Bride!!
Accompanied by a kuroko (stagehand)...
Wearing a stunning red dress matching the groom's theme.
She looked simply gorgeous ^o^
Facing each other.
A heartwarming scene.
Exchanging vows of eternal love!
Followed by the wedding kiss.
Recessional of the newlywed couple. Wait a second…?
The people at the café are staring with wide eyes.
And on to the wedding reception...
Guests from the magical kingdom also participated.
To be continued…
