Anyway, I went on a trip to Singapore.

This is a wall of the hotel I stayed at. It was white.

This is a painting of an old man on the wall of a beer bar I visited. Somehow he looks concerned about the future of this advent calendar.

It is said that distinguished engineers keep blogs, so I have resolved to start one of my own.

Purpose

A long time ago, I used to write tech articles on Hatena Blog. But that blog is no longer active, so I decided to set up a brand-new blog where I can write about a wider variety of miscellaneous topics.

Design

I don’t know much about HTML, but after some Googling, I found that building a static website automatically from Markdown using Hugo and hosting it on GitHub Pages seems to be the trendy approach, so I went with it.
